Purowool gives you full warranty in all of our products and its valid from the day you receive your products in writing. Making a claim will have to be done to Purowool by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling in our form. Claims have to be done as soon as possible and earlier than 2 months after discovering the manufacturing defect. In your complaint in writing you will have to describe the defect as good and as clear as possible. Purowool may ask you additional information or files such as a picture in case needed.
If the defect is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (that is, if the defect has been prior to leaving the factory and has not been made in a later accident, daily use, irregular use or not following the instructions given while purchasing) you will receive a total new product with no hesitation.
Purowool will cover all expenses in case of a manufacturing defect.
Refunds and terms and conditions
You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you received your products in writing. If you change your mind within this time you can send us back the products and you will be reimbursed. You will have to inform Purowool in writing within 14 days that you have changed opinion regarding your purchase and let us know your bank details so we can proceed with the refund. You will have to pay expenses regarding the return of the items and you commit to have correct recipient and sender’s details. When we have received the unopened products, flawless and in original packing as we had them sent to you, we will proceed with the refund as soon as possible and maximum in 30 days. It is a good choice to select a tracking number and registered method when sending so you can keep track of the package.
